- By participating in this competition, you agree to the below terms and conditions set out by the venue and agree the venues interpretation of the terms and conditions
- The prize ‘Win a Trip to a Premier League Game’ will be emailed directly from Diageo directly. Each winner receives a pair of tickets to a game, Man Utd or Liverpool and subject to availability, and a €500 Perx Card towards travel and accommodation Any additional fees incurred by the winner will be at the cost/expense of the winner. The 5 runners up prizes are €200 Louis Fitzgerald Group voucher.
- The Louis Fitzgerald Group decision is final on the chosen winners
- Entrants must be 18 years and over to be eligible to participate
- The duration of the promotion will run from January 17th (Game week 22) until Feb 28th (Game week 28). Entries can be made on any premier league match during the promotion.by filling in an entry form with every purchase of Guinness 00 and Guinness.
- The winner will be selected from all entrants over the course of the 6 weeks
- The prizes are non-transferrable, refundable or exchangeable
- Once the winners receive tickets to a premier league game and the €500 Perx – card, it is the responsibility of the winner to organise the travel and accommodation.
- The Louis Fitzgerald group nor Diageo are responsible if a game is changed to a different date or kick off time as Sky tend to change dates for live games
- Members of staff and immediate family are not eligible to enter
- In order to avail of the prize, the winner and guest must be legally allowed to travel, it is the responsibility of the winner to acknowledge this. Likewise, the winner and guest are responsible for all applicable visas and travel insurance requirements
- The Louis Fitzgerald Group nor Diageo has no responsibility if for whatever reason the winner fails to use the prize within the time defined or if the winner fails to travel when they were scheduled to travel
- The Louis Fitzgerald Group and Diageo hold no responsibility on any additional costs above the prize amount, for booking the trip and/or additional hotel/resort fee costs upon arrival, these are at the expense of the winner and/or guest. Likewise, the venue makes no obligation to pay for any items/food/drinks throughout the trip
- The venue holds no responsibility for theft, injuries, cancellations that the winner and guest may incur
- Lost/Damaged/Stolen tickets or vouchers – Louis Fitzgerald Group and Diageo are not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen vouchers.
